These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made on www.lumont.dk. Lumont is owned by Cathrine de Lichtenberg, CVR 39799944, Kochsvej 16, 1812 Frederiksberg C, Denmark.

Prices and payment

Prices are listed in DKK and include VAT where applicable. Shipping, duties and import taxes may apply depending on destination and are shown at checkout or charged by local authorities. Payment is charged when the order is dispatched.

Delivery

Lumont ships worldwide from Denmark. Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days within Denmark, 3–7 within the EU and 5–14 outside the EU. For details see shipping & delivery.

Right of withdrawal

EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the item is received. See returns & refunds for how to start a return.

Vintage & condition

Many pieces are vintage or secondhand and may show signs of age, use or patina. These characteristics are part of the object's story. Significant defects are always stated in the product listing.

Warranty

A 24-month warranty applies under EU consumer protection laws. For vintage and secondhand pieces it covers defects present at delivery and not related to normal wear, age or patina.
