Returns & Refunds
EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal on purchases from LUMONT, in line with EU consumer protection rules. Pieces must be returned in the same condition they arrived in, with original packaging where possible.
How to start a return
Write to info@lumont.dk within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and a short note. Lumont will reply with return instructions and the correct address.
Return shipping
Return shipping is arranged and paid by the buyer unless the piece arrived damaged or incorrectly described. We recommend using a tracked, insured service — vintage and one-of-a-kind pieces cannot be replaced if lost in transit.
Refunds
Once the piece is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Vintage & condition notes
Every vintage piece is photographed honestly and described with measurements and condition notes. Small marks of age — patina on brass, a soft cloud in old glass, hairline glaze marks — are part of the character of the piece and are not grounds for return on their own.
