Non-EU Customers

Lumont ships worldwide from Copenhagen and welcomes customers outside the European Union. Here is what to expect when ordering from a non-EU country.

Prices & VAT

Prices on the site are shown in DKK and include 25% Danish VAT. Non-EU customers may be eligible for a VAT-free purchase. Please write before ordering so Lumont can arrange the correct pricing.

Import duties & customs

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes and local handling fees. These are charged by your local customs authority on arrival and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping

International orders ship insured and tracked. Fragile lighting and oversized vintage pieces are crated or custom-packed. For oversized or particularly fragile items, write for a tailored shipping quote before ordering.
